Contract One (1): Maintenance & Protection of Traffic, preparation and construction of roadway widening and utility relocation, selective demolition, pole relocations (by utility), restoration, and miscellaneous other related work. Contract Two (2): Selected demolition, excavation, utility, storm and sanitary sewer, curb, walk and roadway, and miscellaneous other related work. Bid security in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. 100% performance, payment, and maintenance bonds are required by the successful bidder for each contract. Bidders are required to comply with the nondiscrimination/sexual harassment clause included in the contract documents and must not discriminate based on gender, race, creed, or color. Prevailing wage rate determination from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry shall be used for Contract One (1). Bids may be held for up to forty-five (45) days for review prior to awarding the contract. No bidder may withdraw their bid during this period. Estimated Range $1,000,000 – $2,499,999
