The Town of Sturbridge Historical Commission is seeking proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the “Sturbridge Community-Wide Historic Properties Survey – Phase 4.” The purpose is to select a qualified historic preservation consultant to provide professional research and documentation services to complete a historic properties survey that meets current Massachusetts Historical Commission survey standards. Proposers must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years of full-time relevant experience, or a Master's degree in the same fields. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing via email with a specified subject line. Responders must acknowledge receipt of any and all addenda issued by submitting the provided acknowledgment forms.
