Town Of Sturbridge, Sturbridge Wastewater Facility PTU 1 Tank Rehabilitation Project - Painting The work consists of repairs to Packaged Treatment Unit #1. Included in the work will be structural steel repairs to the baffle wall, concrete repairs and spot recoating on the PTU Tank wall, as well as surface preparation and coating of the steel clarifier, clarifier mechanical elements, ductile iron piping, structural walkway support steel, and baffle wall. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. All bids are subject to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 44A - 44J inclusive. Prospective General Bidders must submit with their bid a certificate of eligibility from the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) for the category of work defined as "Painting," and an updated statement summarizing their record. Any subcontractors performing millwright, pipefitting, or associated work must be DCAMM certified for the category of "Sewage and Water Treatment Plants."
