Modernization of the elevator system at the Joshua Hyde Library. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. The Work consists of the replacement of one (1) hydraulic elevator at the Joshua Hyde Library, 306 Main Street, Sturbridge, MA. The Work includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Specifications and conceptual plans attached hereto necessary for the modernization of existing elevator systems, including associated mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm modifications. Additional drawings showing details in accordance with which the Work is to be done may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the Owner or its Architect/Engineer, and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item.
