Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Kootenai, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a 6,538-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes the installation of approximately 782 square yards of concrete sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, and related work. All parts or work not specifically mentioned which are necessary to provide a complete installation must be included in the bid and must conform to all Local, State, and Federal requirements. Separate sealed bids are to be submitted. Bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Bids must include Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or cash in the amount of 5% of the bid proposal. Said bid security is forfeited as liquidated damages if the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. A Public Works Contractor License for the State of Idaho is required. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the City. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
