Separate sealed bids are requested for the FY26 Overlays Project, which includes approximately 2,958 tons of 2-inch plant mix pavement overlay of roads within the boundary of Boise Street, 2nd Avenue, Main Street, and Railroad Avenue. The work includes traffic control and all related work. All parts of the work not specifically mentioned but necessary for a complete installation must be included in the bid and conform to all Local, State, and Federal requirements. Bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign and bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or cash in the amount of 5% of the bid proposal. The City of Kootenai reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive nonmaterial irregularities, and accept the proposal deemed most advantageous. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
