The work includes restoration and rehabilitation of the historic North Park Water Tower, including structural repairs, lead paint removal and recoating, observation deck and stair repairs, new safety railings, entry security element replacement, and installation of electrical systems and lighting. The tower will not be restored for water storage but for public observation deck use.
