Sealed bids are requested for the furnishing of deployable camera systems, including both solar-powered and 120V-powered configurations, along with all necessary equipment and programming services for the Police Department. Bids must be submitted by the specified deadline and will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidders are informed that no bid may be withdrawn within sixty days after the opening. Minority and Women's business enterprises are invited to bid and are encouraged to inquire about subcontracting opportunities. The successful bidder must comply with the non-discrimination policy. Direct contact with any City employee, GRC Commissioners, Administration, or City Council regarding the proposal is strictly forbidden and will result in disqualification.
