The bidder will have the following mandate: 1 Partial replacement of flooring 2 Repair of the slab damaged by pyrite; 3 Removal of foot scratching grids and floor cleaning; 4 Removal of asbestos-containing floorcoverings; 5 Painting; 6 All work required for the complete completion of the project. Work Guarantee: Performance guarantee of 50% of the amount of the Contract in the form of a bond issued by a Financial Institution.
