Sealed bids are invited for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the City of Ironton – 3rd Street ARC project. Bidders must obtain bid documents from Arcadis. Each bidder is required to submit bid security in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code, either as a bond issued by a licensed Surety Company or as a certified check, cashier’s check, or letter of credit amounting to ten percent of the bid. Each proposal must include the full names of all submitting parties and evidence of experience with projects of similar size and complexity. The project must be completed within the period specified in the agreement. Bidders must ensure non-discrimination in employment and use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor when practicable. Compliance with equal employment opportunity and prevailing Davis-Bacon wage rates is required. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all bids, increase or decrease items, or award to the lowest and best bidder.
