Westchester Medical Center proposes to certify and construct a new women's health extension clinic to be located at 2 Campbell Avenue in Airmont, Rockland County, New York. The project will involve renovation of 2,361 square feet on the first floor of an existing building to accommodate a multispecialty outpatient clinic operating under Article 28. The extension clinic, to be known as "WMCHealth Physicians - Multispecialty Practice," will consolidate two existing non-Article 28 private practices currently operating in Suffern, New York, into a single location. Services will include primary care and other medical specialties focused on women's health, including OB/GYN, maternal-fetal medicine, ultrasound, minor outpatient procedures, and expanded offerings such as gynecologic oncology and minimally invasive procedures.
