The Village of Western Springs, Illinois is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide Phase III Construction Engineering services for the Gilbert Avenue Resurfacing project. The selection will be made through a qualifications-based selection process. Firms must submit two original copies of the Statement of Qualifications and one electronic PDF file containing the SOQ as a single file. These should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as "Statement of Qualifications: Phase III Construction Services for Gilbert Avenue Resurfacing" addressed to the designated recipient at the provided address. Submissions can be made by mail, delivery service, or in person—faxed or emailed qualifications will not be accepted. Late submissions will not be considered, and in-person deliveries will only be accepted during specified hours of operation. Any inquiries or requests for clarification should be directed to Diana Puga, Municipal Services Coordinator, via email at dpuga@wsprings.com no later than 3 P.M. on April 17, 2026. Responses to requests for information will be provided in writing and posted to the Village Website www.wsprings.com/bids at that time.
