Qualified firms are requested to supply and deliver chemicals for water treatment. Proposals must be submitted to the Office of the Village Clerk, Village of Western Springs, Illinois. Proposals can be submitted by mail, delivery service, or in person, but not via fax or email. Proposals received after the designated deadline will not be considered. All inquiries or requests for clarification must be directed to the specified contact by the stated cutoff date, and responses will be provided in writing to all applicants who have received the RFP packet and provided an email address. The selection process will follow the provisions of the Local Government Professional Services Selection Act (50 ILCS 510.01 et seq.).
