Sealed bids are invited for Janitorial Maintenance Services. Bids must be received by 10:00 AM, November 24, 2025, either by mail or delivered by hand to Village Hall in Western Springs, Illinois. Copies of the contract, specifications, and other bidding documents are available online. A mandatory pre-bid conference walkthrough will be held at Village Hall. Each bid must include a bid bond, bank draft, or certified check made payable to the Village in the amount of $500 or 10% of the bid price, whichever is greater, as security. The successful bidder is required to furnish payment and performance bonds for the full amount of the bid, from a surety company authorized in Illinois. No bids may be withdrawn within sixty days after the bid opening without Village consent. Bidders must comply with all laws related to employment and local prevailing wage rates, and must demonstrate ability, financial and otherwise, to perform the specified work. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
