Brainard Avenue LaGrange, IL 60525 will receive sealed bids for: LYONS TOWNSHIPHIGH SCHOOL - 2025 SOUTH CAMPUS NEW SOFTBALL FIELD ATTN: Brian Stachacz,Director of Business Services The Work shall take place at the South Campus. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of existing softball field/fencing/dugouts, construction of new synthetic turf softball field, dugouts,netting, scoreboard, lighting, pressbox, grandstand and concrete. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee that shall be not less than 10 percent of the amount of the Base Bid, and at the option of the Bidder may be a Certified Check, Bank Draft, or a Bid Bond, secured by a Guarantee or Surety Company. Certified Check must be made payable to the order of Lyons Township High School District No. 204. The Contractor must pay the Prevailing Wage Rates for all work per Illinois Law.
