The Village of Western Springs is seeking proposals from qualified multi-disciplinary consultants to prepare an update to the Comprehensive Plan, which was originally adopted in 2003. The main objective is to modernize the existing Plan. The updated Plan should cover the area within the corporate boundary and strategic unincorporated areas adjacent to it. It must include recommendations for the entire geographic area of the Village as well as specific recommendations for subareas and corridors identified by the Village. Those wishing to submit a proposal can obtain the contract, specifications, and other bidding documents online at wsprings.com/bids. Responses must be submitted to kfawell@wsprings.com by 5:00 p.m. on November 3, 2025.
