Bid bond in the amount not less than ten percent ( 10 %) of the total amount of the cost proposal must accompany each proposal as a guarantee that the selected proposers will enter into a proper contract and execute bonds and guaranties on the forms provided within ( 10) days after the date contract documents are received by the selected proposer.
