This project involves the replacement of a boiler. The scope of work includes HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work as necessary for the replacement. Question Deadline 05/11/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Questions regarding the requirements specified in this RFP shall be directed through the Questions section of eBid system cope of Work: 1. Removal a. Safe disconnection and removal of the existing boiler system and pump as identified in the drawings provided by H4 Engineers b. Disposal of all equipment that is identified to be removed c. Any equipment required for disposal of the units from upstairs 2. Installation a. Furnish and install Patterson-Kelley N1700VX, RayPack Delta Limited H-0989B, Patterson V3D7A-CC and Patterson E2DA9A b. Install all required piping, valves, and fittings c. Any equipment required to get the new units upstairs 3. Mechanical & Electrical a. Electrical connections, controls wiring, and integration with existing BAS controls system. Controls: Automated Logic Company b. Installation of pumps and related accessories as indicated on the drawings 4. Controls & Commissioning a. Startup and commissioning per manufacturer guidelines b. System balancing and performance testing c. Provide documentation of system performance5. Permits a. Obtain any permits required to complete the project based on City of Houston code requirements 6. Qualifications a. Licensed and insured mechanical contractor b. Demonstrated experience with commercial boiler installations c. Ability to provide references for similar complete projects
