The contract is intended to be used for the construction of ADAcompliant pedestrianfacilities, including sidewalks and curb ramps. Other Bid Items are includedtofacilitateanaccessible route including drainage modification and site restoration. Improvementsmaybe located within Harris County Parks, surrounding cities, school districts, utilitydistrictsorother entities where an Interlocal Agreement (ILA) exists and includetrafficcontrol. This project is for the provision of construction services for the deliveryof variablescalecivil construction projects for Harris County Precinct 2. Precinct will notifytheContractor, at various times, of locations where work within the abovenotedPrecinct istobe completed. In general, the scope of work at each location may includethefollowingitems: Construction of concrete sidewalks, shared use paths, curbs, driveways, and/orADA ramps. Adjustment of storm sewer trunkline, laterals, manholes, andinlets. Backfill and restoration of disturbed areas. Traffic control during construction. Installation, maintenance, and disposal of StormWater PollutionProtectionPlan(SWPPP) mitigation measures. Harris County is seeking offers from qualified vendors to provide sidewalk repair at Location 9 of Wade Campfor Harris County Precinct 2.
