Bidders are invited to submit sealed bids for the manufacture of an ASR well control valve. Bids must be on a unit price basis per schedule and in U.S. dollars. All manufacture and readiness for shipment of equipment related to this contract must be completed by July 20, 2026. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified or cashier's check or bid bond on the prescribed District form, in an amount equal to at least 5% of the bid amount. All bid proposals must use the provided form, and if the successful bidder fails to enter into the contract within the specified time, the bid proposal deposit will be forfeited. The successful bidder will be required to furnish any additional bonds indicated in the bidding documents and sign the Non-Collusion and Debarment Affidavit as found in the bidding documents. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities.
