Project involves installing a complete Aquifer Storage and Recovery pilot testing system. Owner-furnished equipment includes sand filtration system, down-hole control valve, and ultraviolet disinfection system. The contractor shall install owner-furnished equipment, and provide and install booster pumps, submersible well pump, temporary holding and settling tanks, piping, fittings, valves, electrical equipment, and instrumentation as required for a complete and operational pilot system. The contractor shall also provide startup, commissioning, and operational support during pilot testing. This contract has thirty (30) working days to complete the work. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by bond or a certified check for the sum of not less than 5% of said bid or proposal. All bids or proposals must be in writing on the form bound in the Specifications, sealed and filed with the Engineering Manager on or before the specified day and hour. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against. Not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid. The Roza Irrigation District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities or irregularities, and after careful consideration of all bids and factors involved, make the award to best serve the interests of the Roza Irrigation District.
