Renovation of a municipal facility in Cornwall, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a five-room municipal facility.
Work of this Contract comprises installation of new AC units in the five PIL booths located at the CBSA Port of Entry: 1 Brookdale Ave, Cornwall, Ontario. Refer to 25-2741-SPEC-MEC-ELE-Issued for Tender.pdf, 25-2741-PLN-ELE-Issued for Tender.pdf and 25-2741-PLN-MEC-Issued for Tender.pdf. Bids must be submitted online. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Question Deadline 04/21/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Site Walkthrough: Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at 1 Brookdale Avenue, Cornwall, Ontario. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email, and on behalf of their authorized representative including sub-contractors, to the procurement specialist named in this ITT (rajesh.gupta@bgis.com) by the date indicated in item 2.6.15 (April 16, 2026 before 2:00 pm) to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidders representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. For mandatory site visits, Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the site visit. For details of the Site Visit, please refer to item 2.7 in the ITT document.
