Renovation of a military facility in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The objective is to remove approximately 2000 square feet of existing resilient tile squares and replace them with commercial-grade Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) 20mil flooring. The work also includes installation of a 6" cove base and thresholds. The 2000 sq ft scope covers two offices, each about 10x15 feet, which require carpet tile removal. Bidders should reference the solicitation for detailed requirements and consult the Addendum to 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors to ensure all package requirements are met.
