The scope of work includes reinforced cement concrete pathway pavement reconstruction and widening, relocation of pedestrian scale light poles and emergency kiosks, installation of a concrete thickened edge (short wall), metal railings, tree root barrier, a bench, and refuse containers. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a unit price basis. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid.
