The US Forest Service wishes to procure 200 each 60-Watt foldable solar panels for use in NIFC radio cache Solar Panel kits NFES 4080. The kits power communications equipment used on wildland fire. The panels must have the following specifications: 1) Open circuit voltage less than 25 Volts. 2) Folded dimensions no larger than 13” x 7.5” x 3” to fit in existing enclosure. 3) Short circuit current less than 7 amps. 4) SAE style connector to connect to existing cables. 5) If Powerfilm Panels are offered, they must include optional weatherproof lamination. Quotations are being requested and all responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
