Refurbish, repair and paint the exterior maintenance building at the TKO VOR in Mankato, KS. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all materials (unless noted otherwise in the contract documents), equipment, labor, transportation, insurance, notifications, licenses, permits, fees, and supervision necessary to perform the work described in the Statement of Work, Specifications, Drawings, and other attachments posted to the RFP. Contractors must complete and return the attached RFP, narrative, and work plan by closing date. All questions regarding the project/scope of work/drawings must be received in writing to sheryl.y.gregory@faa.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 to allow for responses to be provided prior to due date for receipt of proposals.
