The renovation will include selective demolition of existing partitions, ceilings, and finishes to create an open layout. New construction will incorporate a commercial-grade kitchen, service counter, seating areas, and support spaces such as storage, restrooms, and utility rooms. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems will be upgraded or reconfigured to accommodate kitchen equipment, increased occupancy loads, and ventilation requirements.
