The project includes an 18,000-square-foot ballroom, a 50,000-square-foot flex hall and 13 meeting rooms. It includes the newly renovated Lichtin Plaza at the Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts, the new Red Hat Amphitheater in 2027 and a new Omni hotel in 2028.
