The Project is located at 18480 Bandilier Circle, Fountain Valley, CA 92708. The project scope includes installing 22 dedicated circuits across 6 pantries and 2 breakrooms at OC SAN's Headquarters Building. Each pantry will receive 2 (N) under-cabinet mounted receptacles, and each breakroom will receive 1 (N) under-cabinet mounted receptacle. Existing receptacles in the pantry and breakroom will be separated onto its own dedicated circuit. A Bid Security of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Total Amount of Bid will be required with each Bid and no Bid will be considered without it. The Bid Security may be in the form of cash, a cashier's or certified check payable to OC SAN, or a Surety Bond issued by a qualified corporate Surety licensed to do business in California and must be submitted using the form included in the Bid Submittal Forms. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the Contract value are required concurrently with the execution of the Contract and shall remain in effect through the warranty period. The Performance Bond and the Payment Bond are to be executed in the name of the Surety insurer under penalty of perjury duly acknowledged before an officer authorized to take and certify acknowledgements and either one of the conditions listed in the Instructions to Bidders must be satisfied. The Engineer's Estimate for this Project is $159,000. Each Bidder must be licensed in the State of California and qualified to perform the Work described in the IFB Documents. Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 3300, the CONTRACTOR must possess the following classification of Contractor's License: "C-10" Question Deadline 06/26/2026 at 5:00 PM PT.
