The County of Orange, OC Community Resources, is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors for smart irrigation controllers and master valve/flow sensors with professional services. The purpose of the project is to upgrade the existing irrigation system at the designated site by replacing ten (10) existing irrigation controllers with eight (8) Hydropoint Weathertrak Optiflow XR smart irrigation controllers, and one (1) Cla-Val master valve with one (1) Weathertrak flow sensor. The locations of the existing and proposed controllers are identified in the referenced irrigation drawings. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all provided information and seeking clarification as needed prior to submitting a bid. Only electronic bids submitted through the County’s online bidding system will be accepted. Bidders are advised to carefully read all instructions, including the model contract and any solicitation attachments or exhibits.
