Fire Station 2 is seeking qualified contractors to submit bids for the installation of guttering (minimum of 8 inches) on the facility. The contractor will be responsible for removal and disposal of the existing gutter system, supply and installation of a new gutter system, installation of all necessary downspouts, hangers, brackets, and drainage components, ensuring proper pitch and drainage flow, cleanup and disposal of all project debris, and compliance with all local building codes and safety regulations. All bidders must be licensed and insured, have an established business history, provide recent references or reviews from similar completed projects, and demonstrate experience with commercial or municipal gutter installations. Bids must include company information, a detailed project cost breakdown (materials, labor, equipment, additional or optional costs, and total cost), materials and specifications (including type, gauge, finish/color options, and warranty), project timeline (start and completion dates), and additional information such as installation process, safety measures, and any value-added services or warranties. Bids will be evaluated based on cost competitiveness and transparency, contractor experience and reputation, quality of materials proposed, project timeline, references, and past performance. All supporting documentation must be submitted in-person or by mail and submissions must be marked "Station 2 Guttering." Nixa Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, request additional information, and select the contractor deemed most qualified and cost-effective.
