Reference Number 0000420549 The City seeks proposals from qualified Design-Build Teams to provide all design, engineering, permitting, and construction services necessary to deliver new outdoor pickleball and tennis courts. The project site is located on the west side of the park complex, as shown in Exhibit A. The selected Design-Build Team will be responsible for evaluating existing site conditions, developing a proposed court layout, and completing all necessary engineering design and supporting documentation. The team will also coordinate required permitting and construct the courts, along with all associated site improvements, to deliver a complete and functional facility.
