All work is to be done in a safe, professional, workmanlike manner taking care to protect the owner's property and surrounding properties. The contractor is responsible for any damage caused during the execution of the work. The properties shall be accessed from Seaboard Street so as not to damage the sidewalk along Lincoln Street. Any damaged sidewalks shall be replaced by the contractor. In accordance with 401 KAR 60:010, all reasonable precautions shall be taken to prevent particulate matter from becoming airborne including covering of open bodied trucks, wetting material that is very dry and dusty, and preventing materials from being deposited onto a street or roadway. The project consists of the complete demolition of eight houses and the clearance of seven lots, along with related items on Lincoln Street in Winchester, KY.
