Sealed bids are requested for the supply of de-icing salt for FY 2026-27. The requirement is for an estimated 850 tons of de-icing salt. The county guarantees a minimum purchase of 80% of the estimated total, and the contractor must agree to provide up to 120% of the estimated total at the bid price. Additional specifications, including those related to delivery, are available from the designated office. All bids must be signed and sealed in an envelope clearly marked 'Salt Bid'. The Clark County Fiscal Court reserves the right to utilize additional information from any response, waive irregularities in any response, and reject any or all responses.
