Question Deadline 07/30/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. A. Furnish all labor, materials and equipment required for erecting, maintaining and removing temporary erosion and sedimentation controls as shown on the Drawings and as specified herein. B. Temporary erosion controls include, but are not limited to, grassing, mulching, seeding, watering, and reseeding on all disturbed surfaces, including waste area surfaces and stock-pile and borrow area surfaces; scheduling work to minimize erosion; and providing interceptor ditches at those locations which will ensure that erosion during construction will be either eliminated or maintained within acceptable limits. C. Temporary sedimentation controls include, but are not limited to, check dams, silt fences, and diversion channels, which will ensure that sedimentation pollution will be either eliminated or maintained within acceptable limits. Upsizing approximately 7,100 L.F. of existing sewer (15-inch through 30-inch) and manholes. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount), Certified Check required. Award is subject to final approval.
