Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Winchester, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.

The Administrative Office of the Courts is soliciting proposals on behalf of the Clark County Project Development Board for a construction manager-at-risk to develop and construct a new Judicial Center to be located in Winchester, Kentucky. Project program documents and required proposal forms are available online. Interested construction management firms must submit a Kentucky Court of Justice Construction Service Provider Questionnaire and a letter of interest to the specified email address. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. Attachments must not exceed 25MB, and specific file extensions are not accepted. Upon review of the electronically submitted proposal, offerors may be required to provide eight printed copies of their proposal. Only printed proposals received by the specified date will be considered. The Project Development Board will select at least three firms for interview based on criteria listed in the Kentucky Court of Justice Administrative Procedures for the Court of Justice.
