Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
A facilities conditions assessment found that the HVAC equipment (chiller, boiler, and an air handling unit) at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall is past its useful life. Architectural and engineering design services are required from a qualified firm to analyze existing conditions and prepare comprehensive construction documents to be used for soliciting bids for construction and installation of new HVAC equipment.
