The Town of Chapel Hill is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide janitorial services at multiple Parks and Recreation facilities in the Town of Chapel Hill. Attendance at a mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visits to each facility is required for a proposal to be considered; failure to attend will disqualify the proposal. Proposals must be emailed to the Purchasing and Contracts Manager, with the required subject line and by the stated deadline. Questions about the RFP must be submitted in writing by the specified date, and answers will be provided via email to pre-proposal conference attendees. No personal contact with Town employees or the Town Council, except for designated project contacts, is allowed during the RFP process. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and will not pay costs associated with proposal preparation, submission, or evaluation. Companies must be registered with the Office of the North Carolina Secretary of State to contract with the Town.
