Description

Paving and renovation of a fire / police facility in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

As of June 18, 2026, the project was awarded to Diversified Contractors but the awarded amount is not available. The scope of the project consists of two distinct parts. One part consists of the demolition of the existing apron in front of the apparatus bays and replacing the existing surface with concrete, including installation of a trench drain in the apron and establishment of code compliant ADA parking. The second part is the removal of the existing non-load bearing brick façade, increasing the head height of the existing apparatus bays, and re-cladding the exterior façade. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting is required to submit a bid. The owner may reject any bid not in compliance with all public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject any or all bids for good cause upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Last Day For Contractor Questions: April 22, 2026, at 4:00 PM Requests shall be in writing and shall be received by the Design Professional.
