New construction of an educational facility in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a 11,000-square-foot educational facility.

In general, the project consists of constructing a new Cosmetology Building for Klamath Community College, designed to support both instructional activities and public salon services. This new 11,000 SF facility will replace the previous cosmetology school building in Downtown Klamath Falls. The work for this project shall be executed under a single general construction contract. Only bids submitted in writing on the Bid Form supplied with the Bidding Documents will be considered. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified or cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or surety bond, payable to Klamath Community College in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid together with all additive alternates. Bids for which the 1st Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Statement is not received by the specified time cannot and will not be considered. Only bids that comply with all prescribed bidding procedures and requirements will be considered. Bidding documents are prepared by BBT Architects and may be obtained from designated plan centers. No reimbursement for reproduction costs will be provided. Bidders must include a statement agreeing to be bound by and comply with the applicable provisions of 279C.838, 279C.840. The estimate value range of the project is $4M-$6M. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
