Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and fire / police facility.

Proposals are requested from experienced Construction Manager/General Contractors (CM/GC) for the construction of the Keno Fire Station 1 Seismic Rehabilitation Project. The scope of work consists of seismic strengthening at Keno Fire Station 1, located at 14800 Puckett Road, Keno, OR 97601. Proposers must provide one electronic copy of their proposal via email. Proposals will be evaluated based on company overview, firm experience, similar project history, and other criteria identified in the request. The Owner reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed requirements, and may reject any or all proposals upon a written finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Any protest or request for change must be delivered in writing to the Fire Chief at the address listed on or before seven days prior to the proposal due date.
