Site work for a water / sewer project in Weatherby Lake, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of sanitary sewer repairs including cured-in-place pipe lining of sanitary sewers, sewer connection (tee) liners, installation of internal drop bowls in manholes, replacement of sanitary sewer pipe segments using open-cut excavation, and installation of new sewer manholes to replace clean-outs. Bidders are encouraged to visit the sites of work at their convenience using public road rights-of-way and existing sewer easements, and to direct questions to the Engineer via e-mail. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Platte County Regional Sewer District until the specified bid deadline, and bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents Question Deadline 04/24/2026 For questions and issues prior to the bid, contact Jay Norco - Project Engineer.
