Question Deadline 05/20/2026 at 5:00 PM PT Questions regarding submittal of this Bid shall be addressed to Contact Chad Hudson, Purchasing Manager E-mail: cch@mc-power.com The project consists of furnishing all qualified professional personnel, supervision, construction labor, equipment, and specified materials to install one Owner-supplied steel power transmission pole. Work includes traffic control, surveying, site clearing, digging/augering pole hole, assembly, and erection of one slip joint steel pole. All work shall be substantially completed by the specified deadline. Bids must comply with the requirements listed in Section 00100, Instructions to Bidders, and include each completed item described in subsection 2 of this section in order to be considered responsive. Non-responsive bids will be rejected. Bidders must be qualified according to the applicable parts of ORS 279C and have a minimum of five years experience on projects of similar size and complexity under the present firm name. The awarded Contractor is required to have a Public Works Bond on file with the Oregon CCB before work begins. The work is a public works project subject to prevailing wage rate laws.
