Site work for a water / sewer project in Mission, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bid proposals are being accepted to construct the FM 676, SH 107 to Taylor Rd. Pipeline Relocation. The work includes furnishing all materials, supplies, and labor necessary for the construction of FM 494 Mile 3 to Mile 5 Pipeline Relocation, in accordance with provided specifications. The project consists of constructing approximately 1,300 feet of new relocated irrigation pipeline, including earthwork, reinforced concrete gate wells, removal of existing irrigation facilities, backfill, excavation, dry bore, and any other incidentals necessary for a complete and operable system. Steel and iron material used must be Buy America compliant. Bidders must inspect the work site and inform themselves of all local conditions. All work must be completed within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, or acceptable bid bond of at least five percent of the total bid. Conditional or qualified bids, or bids not in the proper form, may be rejected. The award will be based on unit prices and on the estimated quantity of work outlined in the bid form. The contract will be awarded to the bidder deemed to offer the proposal in the best interest of the District. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities.
