Site work and paving for a road / highway in Springfield, Tennessee. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Bid is cancelled As of 4/28/2026 the owner did not receive any bids. Separate sealed bids are requested for the 2026 Crack Sealing Program. The work consists of repairing and resurfacing roadways within the Town. Bidders must provide proof of Workman's Compensation and General Liability insurance. The Project Manual is available on the Town's website or by email request. The asphalt pavement network comprising nine roadway segments and four cul-de-sacs located in the Oak Pointe Subdivision . This roadway network exhibits a recurring pattern of longitudinal cracking located along or near the roadway crown , extending continuously through much of the length of each roadway and cul-de-sacs. This longitudinal cracking is accompanied by secondary cracking that branches laterally and roughly perpendicular to the primary crack , forming a pattern of ancillary distress adjacent to the crown . The uniformity of this condition across the roadway structure suggests a common underlying cause rather than isolated construction defects.
