The project consists of, but is not limited to, the reconfiguration of parking areas and resurfacing of driveways and parking areas. Bidding requests for information must be submitted online by the specified deadline. Bids are subject to applicable Massachusetts General Laws and minimum wage rates. All bids must be submitted electronically as hard copies will not be accepted. General bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit of not less than five percent of the greatest possible bid amount, including all alternates, payable to the awarding authority. Bid forms and contract documents are available for review and download online at no cost. Contractors and subcontractors are required to strive to achieve minority and women workforce participation benchmarks of 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities.
