Site work and new construction of a power facility in Bristol, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.
The work includes furnishing material and installing below grade substation facilities such as foundations, grounding, conduit/cable, and an oil containment system, as well as the installation of Owner Furnished equipment including structural steel, electrical bus/jumpers, switches, potential transformers, and 69 kV circuit breakers. Bidders are required to submit one original and one duplicate of their bid as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany the proposal. Bids must be received before the specified date and time to be considered. The subject line for emailed bids must read: KING RIDGE SUBSTATION CONSTRUCTION. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities not involving price, time, or other material changes to technical or contractual requirements. Question Deadline 04/24/2026 at 11:00 AM ET All questions must be submitted by this date and time. No responses will be provided after this time.
