Question Deadline 04/07/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Construction includes approximately 1,900 linear feet of 42-inch and smaller gravity sewer line, manholes, and related improvements. Bidders must show evidence of being licensed as a "Class A Contractor" for contracts of $120,000 or more, or as a "Class B Contractor" for contracts of $7,500 or more but less than $120,000. Bidders should mark the appropriate contractor license class and number on the bid envelope and over their signature. Compliance with various federal and state regulations regarding non-discrimination, employment, and use of minority- and women-owned business enterprises is required. Facilities segregated on the basis of race, color, creed, or national origin are prohibited. MBE/WBE firms are encouraged to submit bids. Only full sets of bidding documents will be provided, and these are available for purchase in hard copy or electronic format. Neither the owner nor the engineer is responsible for partial sets or documents obtained from other sources. The procedure for bid withdrawal follows state code provision 11-54(ii).
