Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Logan, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The park andrecreation improvements will involve improvements to the restroom and concessionstand. New lighting and surveillance cameras will be added. Brick dust will be addedto the baseball fields. The Hocking County Commissioners intend to contract for architectural and engineering services in connection with the following projects being funded in full or inpart by PY 25 Community Development Block Grant Program funds. Representatives of Perry County will enter into contract negotiationswith the most highly qualified firm. Please submit separate proposals for each projectthat your firm is interested in. Please also state the amount of time that your firmbelieves would be necessary to have project(s) designed and ready to bid after initialdate of the Architectural / Engineering contract begins. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway." Doc Notes: The Architecture/Engineering scope of work will include project design, preparationof bidding specifications and drawings, review of bids, pre- and post- constructionmeetings, construction oversight as required, and obtaining all necessary permits
