The scope includes cleaning and edging the road, applying #448 trackless tack coat, and paving using a minimum of 2 inches of #448 Type 2 asphalt materials, then rolling for compaction. Instructions to bidders include submitting bids in sealed envelopes labeled "Stage Rd. Paving Bid" with prevailing wages if applicable. The awarded company must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance for $1,000,000 with Marion Township Trustees as the Certificate Holder within seven business days and sign a Hold Harmless Agreement. The Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
